Melanie McNally

Board Certified Urologist
Dr. McNally earned her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed her urology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She has practiced as a general urologist since 2002 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical field. Her career spans diverse clinical settings, from a Level I Trauma Center to rural hospitals. She previously served patients for several years at Associated Medical Professionals of NY.
Dr. McNally cares for a wide range of general urology conditions with an emphasis on neuro-urology, kidney stones, overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. She has extensive experience performing bladder Botox treatments, PTNS (percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation), and sacral neuromodulation.
She is passionate about using advanced technology to address complex clinical challenges and values the integration of surgical skill with thoughtful medical decision-making. Dr. McNally strongly believes that the quality of the AMP care team and expertise in multiple subspecialties of urology directly impact patient outcomes. For Dr. McNally, a successful outcome is not only clinical improvement but also patient understanding, confidence, and peace of mind.
