Board Certified Physician Assistant
Jason Falcone received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from State University of New York at Albany in 2000. He completed the Physician Assistant Program at LeMoyne College in 2004. After completing the Physician Assistant Program, Jason worked in various fields, including, Family Practice, Emergency/Urgent Care Medicine and Urology.
Jason is currently certified in ACLS and PALS. He also belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
