Melanie L. McNally, M.D.

Dr. Melanie L. McNally was born, raised and educated in Western New York. She graduated from Canisius College with a BA in Biology, and then completed her medical education at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After Residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, she was board certified in Urology. Over the last 18 years, she has practiced general Urology with an emphasis on female urological conditions, prostatitis, kidney stones, No-Needle No-Scalpel Vasectomy, and neurogenic bladder. 

She has a reputation for excellence in diagnosis and management of complex Urologic problems in male, female, adolescent and transitioning pediatric-to-adult Urologic patients, and is well reviewed on social networking sites. Working closely with staff and administration, she strives to ensure that her team meets or exceeds all local, state and national standards of care and compliance. 

She has a special interest in Electronic Medical Records and served as a trainer and subject matter expert in Epic at Rochester General Hospital. Her goal is to maximize both patient and physician satisfaction by using technology to organize and communicate information.  

Dr. McNally works at our Auburn office, as well as our Fulton office.
