
W. A. Mandour, M.D.
Board Certified Urologist
Dr. Mandour is a board certified urologist who has been in practice in Utica, New York since 1980. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University and is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urologic training at Strong Memorial Hospital and the University of Rochester Hospitals.
Dr. Mandour is a member of the American Urologic Association. He is past president of the Medical Society of the County of Oneida and past president of the Medical Staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica where he also served as chairman of the Department of Surgery. He currently sits on numerous committees at the Medical Center and is a faculty member in Urology with their Family Practice Residency Program.
His special interests in Urology include endoscopic stone surgery and pediatric urology. His pediatric practice includes surgery for undescended testes, pediatric hernia repairs, treatment of pediatric urinary tract infections and bed wetting.
He is married and lives in New Hartford with his wife, Carol. They have two adult daughters and two grand sons.
